1. Take the First Step
The first step in your brand new bathroom is to book a FREE initial consultation, Our head Carpenter, Brendan will come out to measure up your site and discuss rough plans and what can and can’t be done.
This is the time to present your needs, your budget and most importantly, what your dream bathroom will look like.
2. Bathroom Design
After discussing your dream bathroom and budget, Brendan will take the time to do up a detailed quote for your bathroom, being mindful of your budget.
If you are struggling to come up with a design, you can book time with our recommended Bathroom Designer who will work with you to come up with a beautiful design.
Included in the quote will be QBCC Insurance which gives you a six year guaranteed warranty.
3. Customer Queue
Once you have accepted the written quote, you will be placed on our Customer Queue. This is a live document on our website that tells you how far away your new bathroom will be. Log in daily or weekly to see the progress!
We will contact you two weeks out to confirm all details.
4. Work Commences
Your new beautiful bathroom will take two – three weeks to completion by our certified and fully qualified carpenters.
All our bathrooms come with a 6-year Warranty via the QBCC.
If there are happens to be any problems – you just give us a call and our first available team member will be out to your home!
